My name is Andy Hollins. I set up Hollins Planning in 2006. I deal with all forms of planning applications and appeals, ranging from domestic extensions to major residential and mixed use developments. I am a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

I have a lot of experience in the public sector. This includes management level development control posts at several London Boroughs and private householder and appeal contracts for local authorities. This gives me a unique insight into what planning officers and inspectors look for when they determine applications and appeals.

My aim is to give honest and realistic advice, and help clients get planning permission as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Efficient and cost effective

Unlike larger planning consultancies, I have no costly overheads. This means my fees are very competitive.

I can also respond quickly. If it’s an urgent site appraisal, then you will get feedback within 24 hours. If it’s a supporting statement or an appeal, this will be completed within 5 working days. I undertake all the work, which means it won’t be delegated to a junior consultant.

There are no advance fees- just a straightforward hourly rate or a fixed fee. This will be agreed before the start of any project so you know what you will be paying for in advance.
