2018/19 has been busy. Below are a selection of projects we've been working on. 

Croydon. Submit written representations appeal for new build for 6 self-contained flats. (September 2019)

Hounslow.
Submit written representations appeal for a new dwelling. (September 2019)

Ealing.
Produce planning statement and submit application for the conversion and extension of premises into 7 flats. (September 2019)

Camden.
Review case and write third party objections to a new build development. (September 2019). 

Croydon. Write planning statement in support of new build development for 9 flats. (September 2019)

Lewisham.
Produce planning statement for conversion of commercial premises into 3 flats and submit planning application. (September 2019)

Hackney.
Produce planning statement for joint neighbour mansard roof extension in conservation area (September 2019)

Richmond.
Conversion of upper floor premises in town centre into flats. Provide planning and heritage statement and submit application. UNDER CONSIDERATION (September).

Lewisham. Extension and conversion.
Conversion of house into flats. Provide design advice, write planning statement and act as agent for application. UNDER CONSIDERATION (October 2019).

Lambeth. Roof extension /2 flats.
Produce planning statement in support of application for 4th floor roof extension to exsiting flatted building. (June 2019).

Lambeth. Submit retrospective application to retain extract equipment rear of commerical premises. UNDER CONSIDERATION (June 2019).  

Croydon. Write planning statement in support of new build dwelling in the green belt. GRANTED (September 2019)

Croydon. New build 8 flats
Provide layout and design advice, based upon national and local planning policy requirements, produce Planning, Design and Access statement and act as agent for the application. GRANTED. (June 2019).

Elmbridge. Write heritage statement and submit listed building application for internal changes to building. GRANTED (August 2019)

Lewisham. Extension and conversions.
Conversion of 2 neighbouring properties into 6 and 8 flats. Provide design advice and write planning statements in support of applications. UNDER CONSIDERATION (June 2019).

Lambeth. Write planning statement and submit prior approval application for conversion of shop into resdiential dwelling. GRANTED (October 2019)

City of London. Policy review of amalgamations and housing supply /submission of written representations appeal (June 2019).

Write planning statement and submit prior approval application for a change of use of offices to residential GRANTED (JULY 2019).

Croydon. Flat conversion 7 flats
Provide layout and design advice, based upon national and local planning policy requirements, produce Planning, Design and Access statement and act as agent for the application. GRANTED (April  2019).

Lambeth. New build
4 storey mixed use building with retail /office on the ground floor and 8 residential flats on the floors above.
