About Us / Fees

A wealth of expertise

We have 18 years of experience in the public and private sector. We are specialists in dealing with all forms of planning applications ranging from domestic extensions to large scale commercial developments. All consultants are chartered members of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

Hollins Planning is different from most private planning consultancies. We have extensive experience in the public sector. This includes management level development control experience and the processing and analysis of householder applications and appeal decisions on behalf of London Councils. We therefore have a unique insight into what councils and the planning inspectorate look for when they determine planning applications and appeals.

We are located in London but can deal with all types of applications and appeals throughout the UK.

Cost effective

We pride ourselves in being very competitive and affordable. Examples of our costs are as follows:

A new lower fixed fee! Submission of a householder appeal and writing a statement of case £400.

Submission of a commercial/ new build/ change of use appeal and writing statement of case from £500.

Desktop appraisal of a commercial/new build site from £140. This includes written feedback.

Desktop appraisal of residential site from £35. This includes written feedback.

All the above estimates are exclusive of VAT.
